Daz, I currently have Look Delta's and they are the ones that don't hold my feet in when I put power down.... so not sure about Keo, won't they give me the same problem? I have so far used the red cleats with maximum float, maybe I should just go to black cleats in stead?
Ratfink, I will only buy new pedals if the cleat system is compatible with my current shoes, as I am NOT chucking my Sidi's... they are only a year old and were WAY expensive... so want something that will go with my shoes...
Look Keo blades are apparently really good... but a tad pricey :/
Look blades get very good reviews, you could get the 16n ones to provide a bit more grip. There's also the aero version for your tt setup if they take your fancy. As for clips and straps I can highly recommend MKS royal neuvo pedals, with MKS clips and MKS Alpha double straps. Now this ain't a cheap setup but it is a very good one. I rode these for 2 years on my fixed in Leeds. Lots of sprinting, bombing hills and skids and didn't slip a pedal once. If there good enough for the animals of the japanese Keirin league there good enough for anyone else. www.tokyofixedgear.com has a good selection in stock.

And have you cleaned your pedals. never ever clean them with polish ot degreaser etc. Just leave them be. Apart from taking them off and greasing your threads in your cranks. Dont touch em.
If you aint never adjusted them I bet thats whats up.
Or maybe your expensive SIDI shoes have gone soft and are flexing too much.
NEVER touch the pedals, apart from occasionally taing them off the bike and re-grease the thread so they don't cease up... However, I think the pair on my roadbike can be adjusted, will have a look... the ones on TT and track bike are the same model and don't have adjustment on them. Cleast are new, but used the old screws to fix them, however they are on solid... so it isn't that... Been canvassing opinions and heard the old style Look Delta's I have are way too easy to clip out off causing unwanted feet out of pedal incidents, while the Keo's apparently don't... Now homed in on the Keo Carbon 2 max pedals for raod and track bike and the cheaper basic model for the TT bike as I CBA to conitinuously change pedals...Quote:

And some Keo 2 max carbon ones for the roadbike. The TT bike can have some cheapo Keo's, as I hardly ever use it anyway...
Those straps look awesome, much better than the old toe clips. I seem to remember Legro telling me about someone being bolted in to their pedals before a sprint - wouldn't pull your feet out then!Quote:
