And have you cleaned your pedals. never ever clean them with polish ot degreaser etc. Just leave them be. Apart from taking them off and greasing your threads in your cranks. Dont touch em.
If you aint never adjusted them I bet thats whats up.

NEVER touch the pedals, apart from occasionally taing them off the bike and re-grease the thread so they don't cease up... However, I think the pair on my roadbike can be adjusted, will have a look... the ones on TT and track bike are the same model and don't have adjustment on them. Cleast are new, but used the old screws to fix them, however they are on solid... so it isn't that... Been canvassing opinions and heard the old style Look Delta's I have are way too easy to clip out off causing unwanted feet out of pedal incidents, while the Keo's apparently don't... Now homed in on the Keo Carbon 2 max pedals for raod and track bike and the cheaper basic model for the TT bike as I CBA to conitinuously change pedals...
