Its a very wet morning here in Widnes as well.
Absolutely calm and still (no wind!) but we're shrouded in mist and it's been drizzling for hours.... Off to visit my old man today near Preston. Don't fancy the drive across the Pennines in these conditions! :(
The bad news: It was pissing with rain as I got off my train in Leeds
The badder news: I didn't have an umbrella or coat with me
The even badder news: As I ran over the bridge, getting wetter by the second, a car (puposely?) went through a puddle and covered me with its bow wave :mad:.
The good news: I managed to run without too much pain over the bridge :). A tough run but I overcame the weather as well as my injury to battle on to the end ;). OS Explore Route
