just the Hollins Green 5k tomorrow, dash home for a shower then off to bridgewater hall for a concert, not sure about sunday yet, possibility of the tunnel 10k, head to moel famau for a run out or go round helsby or just rest
Was planning on going to Garburn but Tracey has not been to good today and the little fella bashed is head on the stairs whilst showing off this morning. So touch and go what we will end up doing tomorrow.
Hoping to get a light run in on Sunday. Who is on at the Bridgewater Centre?

Wanted to go and See Russell Watson at Bridgewater but he has been quite poorly but I have seen him twice.
heard a bit about watson this morning as looks like surgery again
