Next month its Trail Marathon Wales for me then i`m off to Spain for a while where i`ll meet up with my friend Jose the skyrunner and we are gonna run to the top of Puig Campana all 1420 metres.

I loved your story above, great description. Funnily enough though I think some fell races do suit the road runner, probably much better than Cader does. i am sure some of The Peak District races that rely on more basic speed you would excel at.

Kinder Downfall 10 miles, Kinder Trog 16 miles definetly. Edale skyline (if it has not been too wet before hand (it was fast this year))

Welcome to fell running take 2! You will really be making the grade when you start tearing toenails off or have blisters the size of coventry on your heels.
