I made a vague attempt at driving to work. 5 miles up the A38 and it was stationary. Fortunately I could just get to the junction so I turned round and came home.
Bacon sandwiches anyone?

My daughters school is still open . however the bus got stuck in the snow on the way there:eek: Just returned after 2.5 round trip to pick her up after the girls bailed out of school bus and walked to a tram stop nearby and caught the tram halfway home where I picked them up. I ran home yesterday from the same place and I was quicker!!

Sat in the office listening to Count Arthur Strong on the wirelessless (well, R4 iPlayer anyway). Mum-in-law just back from Wakefield way. Treacherous roads and cars in ditches en route apparently.
