Well done them teachersJust returned after 2.5 round trip to pick her up after the girls bailed out of school bus and walked to a tram stop nearby and caught the tram halfway home where I picked them up. I ran home yesterday from the same place and I was quicker!!

Well, snow's finally reached the South West - probably about 6inches (I'm a man, so that's probably an exageration!) - great hour's run, but the extra knee lift involved has killed me!
Now that's a good idea for the rest of the day..In fact we're all sat here in t'shirts and hula skirts drinking pina colada's!
Sat in the office listening to Count Arthur Strong on the wirelessless (well, R4 iPlayer anyway). Mum-in-law just back from Wakefield way. Treacherous roads and cars in ditches en route apparently.

Bruises are pretty impressive now Al! Can manage to shuffle though thanks, had 2 days off and went to track last night
