I am fine Stu been doing a few races and building the running up had to miss Snowdon yesterday which was dissapointing but hopfully will get out running tomorrow again.

At the hospital whilst AJ was in labour I had to literally decide whether id have fish and chips or steak and kidney pie in the hospital restaraunt.
