Very warm here as well but we shouldn't complain. Enjoyed taking photos yesterday Ady.

I am fine Stu been doing a few races and building the running up had to miss Snowdon yesterday which was dissapointing but hopfully will get out running tomorrow again.

No sign of our baby coming along yet?

yeah not bad mate ran that sale sizzler thursday was 22 secs quicker so going in the right direction
