After spending today out enjoying meself at Weasdale (nice and suprisingly tough race with erm...delightful (uphill :eek:) finish! ) I'm "outside-windows-painting-duty" booked all day tomorrow...:(
Agreed though...onehill get you and yer fella out to the race. When my Dad died I ran the next day and although it was really tough, I felt as if he was with me.
