3 hours from Peel Tower on Holcombe Moor.
Met Big Bad Baz & family afterwards who had been out for a walk.
no training at all given still suffering pain from little trot on saturday:D
Out into a bit a sleet at 6.30. Just did a few miles on the moor, pushing up th e hill a bit. Rewarded with a stunning dawn. 35 mins:)

Ran the Tour of Pendle on Saturday at a controlled pace and did 3:46:47, went for a bike ride on Sunday to ease the legs, tonight the legs were Ok so I have been out and done some speedwork and everthing feels fine, am now going to do Rivock this Sunday, did I run too soft or sensible at the Tour?

Gym session: 10 minute warm up on treadmill, 7000m on rower at half resistance - half an hour, 10 minutes at grade 10 uphill / 8km pace on treadmill, 5 minute walk down, stretch.
The "usual" - 1 hour on hilly roads. Hill reps of 3 x ~500ft climbs.
