I have to say i was gutted i did not goto this race, but thanks to the camera work on some of you guys on here i have really enjoyed that race!

Entry site says FRA members £16.I ticked the box but it asks for £20.Does the FRA have it's own UKA number ? If so,can anyone tell me it. I could do a lot with £4!

A similar standard to me, I'm also hoping to break 4hr 30min.
Tried 3 times though and never managed it yet so why will it be any different this year.
2007-4:40, 2008-4:47, 2009-4:34.
Its flat as a fart where I live so I'm gonna make an effort to travel to get a few climbs in this year, and try to up my mileage.
Easier said than done though.:p

I'm in now - hardly great prep - had my first 20min jog on a treadmill last night after a hamstring strain 11 days ago.
Hopefully potter around the Mid Lancs at the weekend and take it from there.
