I actually managed to go for a run this weekend :D
Found a new running technique - trying not to fall over in the ice, and I actually found I could get further without getting out of breath... however this morning my calf muscles are killing me :rolleyes::mad:

No - I'm not injured. Think it's more to do with the grief I've been giving him - he enjoys it really though! :cool:

But I couldn't get out of bed this morning, somehow the radiator in my hotel room, which wasn't working last night, suddenly came on FULL BLAST, and I woke up feeling like I was in a sauna :eek:
