Trying to get out for a run, but it's bloody cold!

Oh it is lovely here - all frosty and nice

But I couldn't get out of bed this morning, somehow the radiator in my hotel room, which wasn't working last night, suddenly came on FULL BLAST, and I woke up feeling like I was in a sauna
