She probably knows it better. Billy was keeping his head down and going so fast, doubt if he ever saw the route!

Quick question on Streams on Route,

I do know the route by the way, but whereabouts are the streams with decent drinking water. Throughout the course.

Im planning on having the missus standing at Sty head tarn, and also having her get back at honistor if she can move that fast.

I may just go upto honistor the night before and put some bottles out. Is this classed as being a litter bug??????

After Esk Hause shelter on the path up there is a good stream you can drink from there is also another on the start of the ascent up Great Gable - look for a triangle shaped rock - it's there!

And of course the other one is at Honister.

I'm sure you'll be find stolly as you've done plenty of running in the lakes.

I think the people on here thought that you hadn't done much running! :confused:

Also any number of streams on the way from Scafell to Styhead and plenty after Dale head if you're desperate, you're spoilt for choice really ;)

this is true, its a perfect route for streams
just do like what huuuuuwski does
sis powder in bags , fill at the stream, do the shake and vac and put the zing back , into your body
easy peasy

if you dont like plain water, cut a lemon in half , place in bum bag and squeeze at each stream:rolleyes:
