Quite pleased as I'd said to myself anything under 1:30 and I'd be happy, got dragged round by the group I was with!:D
Thou got myself a nice black toe nail for my efforts and legs, particularly my calfs are sore today, worse than after winter hill! :confused:
Think I might have a day off today!:D

Sunday 20 miles over fells.....Skyline training
Today....Not a lot apart from walking the doggy
Friday evening - 8 miles XC, nice and muddy. Saturday, Sunday and today: heavy chest cold, cough, bunged up nose. Bugger! :(
Swam an easy mile of breast-stroke at Rochdale baths at dinner-time in an attempt to loosen up my muscles after yesterdays trail race. I actually quite enjoyed it as well. :)
