Two hour hard track session, on the bike that is :)
Lovely 1:20 run with dog... good snow above 300m including some fun knee deep stuff on backside of Mount Famine.
So far today, just a easy 3 mile commute.
usual 6 miles, had a nice 11 mile trot at bowland on Saturday with the lady friend, great day out.
12 miles today - 2 miles of canal towpath then loads of muddy trails. Due to cross the Pennines on Thursday to do the Witton Weavers Way (32 miles) with a mate but the weather is not looking good:(. Should be able to recover on Saturday with a trip to the Lakes with the missus. This retirement lark is getting really hard work :D
tony, get yer slippers on , sit on front of the fire, and read the paper, maybe the odd round of golf, stop this running stuff, to much at your stage of life:D;)Quote:
