4m to work, 8m Home and a planning a 30 miler for sunday:cool:
Opened my mouth and told everyone, gonna have to do it now:eek:

30 mins easy,30 mins steady, 20 mins tempo,10mins easy, 12 mile this morning around Glossop/Hadfield/Tintwistle :)

Just got the "all clear" re my chest so will be out this weekend. Starting from scratch though. :(
