Training's going well, been banging out some good high mileage weeks and feeling good, doing a 30 miler on sunday and the Howarth Hobble next saturday, planning to do some 40-50 mile plods after that leading up to May, hope i don't pick up an injury, i ain't got a magic wand, if i had, i'd wave it over you mate;)Quote:
