Training's going well, been banging out some good high mileage weeks and feeling good, doing a 30 miler on sunday and the Howarth Hobble next saturday, planning to do some 40-50 mile plods after that leading up to May, hope i don't pick up an injury, i ain't got a magic wand, if i had, i'd wave it over you mate

From all this preperation, i reakon you'r guna nail the main event.

I'll finish it if it kills me, they'll be Strongbow waiting in my caravan fridge, just have to remember to take some spare keys, or i'll be sleeping underneath it, think i'll cache a few cans under there, just in case
