A harder man might have turned up.....:sneaky:
Joking aside I can't add anything else that someone else hasn't already said about this superb event. Fantastic - I'll be back next year.

I've been sifting through my memories of the event and now I remember wherer Longdogs was. I did take a jelly baby - thanks ever so much.
I think this is another feature of our fantastic sport - a small and often overlooked feature, but very significant and indicative of the sport as a whole - that people will stand for ages in out of the way places in inclement conditions to offer encouragement like this to fellow runners.
Just put my entry in for next year (Sat 18th Jan). :D Lovely start to the year but missed out on it in 2013. :( Seen a couple of names I recognise on the entry list so far.
Me and t' missus are in. I was struck down with 'flu for this year's, hopefully I'll make it to the start for 2014.
I am in and have persuaded husband to do the shorter version. hope it is snowy again
In and looking forward to it.
Then Calderdale Hike in April.
...and whatever else catches my eye.
Invariably a grand day out. Alan and Carole know how to organise a challenge event and always plenty of friends and forumites out. We're in
I entered a while back. Looking forward to it, just need to do some running now.
