tis quiet round 'ere :(
Hello Everyone :d
Im going to tempt a run today - without my knee supports on.
Not sure how far to go but its going to be across the fields!
May even crack the pony vest out.:D
Exactly merry!
I havent a clue how far to go though, dont want to over-do it but still want to enjoy myself.
The longest run ive done since the 1st Feb at the relays is just under 6 miles reccying the hendersons end route with emmi the other week so i doubt i'll get far really....but theres only on way to find out.;)
Just eaten though so its two hours yet, plenty of time for the weather to change and start chucking it down.....still get the pony vest on though eh.:D
Hello :D
Hello back!
I would be happy to run in any weather - even fog. Never mind, soon be winter
Al F, good luck squire
am sorrowfully nursing my wounds here - it's *%£)*^" me right off
specially cos when I can't run I get bored, so then I go to the pub, and have a couple of pints and a few rollies, and then it's a double-whammy: no running plus stuff that's only going to hold you back ... grrrr
Morning all
:D Morning
Well it's sunny in BBC prison... SO I have got my SHORTS on dammit! Mightg be the only chance I get!
Sunny here too but the clouds are looming.
Really quiet round here. Took my 11 year old daughter to school last night ermm I mean this morning 2.30am:eek:! for her "educational" trip to Spain for 6 days to help develop her Spanish skills. 60 girls with bags trying to get organised. It was like something out of St Trinians. All that was missing were the Hockey sticks :)
Plenty to do while she away:D
I'm missing her already:(
It is remarkable how my daughter misses her dad… when she wants something;)
Two texts already, say's she's very tired. Funny that:rolleyes:
yes she'll have a great time but there were one or two sad girls (and parents) in the early hours.
I know exactly where you are coming from. My daughter gets a not insubstantial amount of pocket money paid in to her own account, she has her own debit card and is free to withdraw what she wants but she then has to buy all her own clothes/shoes/sweet/comics etc unless its educational. I find this is an excellent way to teach her about money and if she wants something big she has to save for it rather than lending the money off me and 'promising' to pay it back.
It's amazing how many things are educational:rolleyes:
Cause I am a little liar :(
