Im going to tempt a run today - without my knee supports on.
Not sure how far to go but its going to be across the fields!
May even crack the pony vest out.

I havent a clue how far to go though, dont want to over-do it but still want to enjoy myself.
The longest run ive done since the 1st Feb at the relays is just under 6 miles reccying the hendersons end route with emmi the other week so i doubt i'll get far really....but theres only on way to find out.
Just eaten though so its two hours yet, plenty of time for the weather to change and start chucking it down.....still get the pony vest on though eh.
Rain is just wettness, wetting the body, hail is just painful, hurting the body and snow is just whiteness, turning you into a fecking snowmanExactly merry!
