45 mins or so on beach on Tel Aviv seafront. 17 or 18degrees C and a light inshore breeze made for pleasant run in vest and shorts :)

Steep climbing then on to Coldwell Spring again a first as was Hoar clough Spring ( any one worked out the theme of todays run yet) Up to Sheperds and then direct to Barrow and Grinah where I met the first 2 people of the day one was Barry 440, I took them up to the Source of the Derwent sign and one of the L T Plants from there dropped to lower small clough and dinner in the Cabin, after signing in continued down to pick up the track. Followed this down until Broadhead clough then across to Bull Stones Spring. back to OE and returned via route out.
Very rough underfoot and my shins are now very sore (reminder to myself don't wear ankle socks and shorts on long heather bashing trips:rolleyes:)
