Not raced for a couple of weeks or so had hoped to do Capenhurst 5k last night but finished work to late. Got Moel Famau fell race on Monday lined up its one of our clubs Multi-terrain series so should be a big turnout. A few 10k's coming up in Sept and Lantern Pike Fell Race.
