8 Miles on the road (had to nip to work for a meeting). Legs felt sluggish but everything else seemed OK. I'll give 'em a longer trot on the moors tommoz.

Trying to get over various running pains: Half mile swim today
ahh knew there was somat i forgot to post total mileage or daily training...
errrrr a lot... of errr running
a fair bit of climbing a little of running downhill...
a fair bit of flat running and a lot of waddling..
Ran to work at 5am, up a hill and down the otherside, ran home at 2pm, up the hill i ran down and down the hill i ran up. Was blown backward by the wind that blew me forward earlier. Got covered in muck and oil and spent most of the day in cage 20ft up in the air, in between my runs. Oh, and had a spam, sausage, egg and tomato sandwich and a bowl of bran flakes and a fox's classic biscuit that was liberated from a fat workmate who really should know better:rolleyes:

another poor 6 miles around Ewden valley. it felt far too hard
