Yep, Bofra was good thanks. Had a chat wi your fella - he maybe said. Picked up a slight tiwinge to my weak right ankle but left knee (very balanced as you can see!) held out fine. Just thinking about doing Cowling Gala tomorrow afternoon as a bit of a pre-hols fun run (3:30 start if you and Chris fancy a trip out?) but maybe see how things feel tomorrow morning.

I had a very nice joiner guy up at my house the other day Stick, a pleasant chap who runs for Wharfedale Harriers too.
