Yep, Bofra was good thanks. Had a chat wi your fella - he maybe said. Picked up a slight tiwinge to my weak right ankle but left knee (very balanced as you can see!) held out fine. Just thinking about doing Cowling Gala tomorrow afternoon as a bit of a pre-hols fun run (3:30 start if you and Chris fancy a trip out?) but maybe see how things feel tomorrow morning.

G & T. Awfully sorry dear. There's just me and a (perilously close to empty ) bottle of Glenlivet here. Would it be a dreadful confession to say that...
a) We have no gin in the house and
b) the Glenlivet is also the last Malt so I'm nearly in your predicatment too

Mind...away next week on hols in France so hoping duty free (oh yeah...it don't exits anymore does it ) can give a restocking trip.
