I'd guess it's some sort of bothy, the description just says little house on the fells. Parking could be a bit tricky.

Depends where it is, mr brightside, bothy is Scottish. The Vikings up north would call it a hytte (still do in Norway) or hut in modern English. It's where the shepherds would stay in summer with the sheep on the upland pastures (setts or seter), before bringing them into the intake fields for the winter. Transhumance is the technical term, I think.
:D well either way I reckon I could live there in Summer. Winter... Hmm, could be quite cosy with a nice little fire going
At Manc airport in Burger King. They're playing some of that new fangled rap music. Its crap :(
Like McDonalds but better :p
In bar now drinking lager and lime
Vietnam Al.
Frankfurt-Bangkok-Saigon. Get there tomorrow tea-time :(
Done 37,000ft in last 16days. 19ml / 6000ft last night in Dales. I've felt worse. Training starting to take effect now I think
Thanks mate. How are your knees after last Friday's outing? Hope you're okay! :)
They've been worse I suppose. Still not 100% but they're getting there.
Ive done alot of over-time this week which didnt help....so I've spent a lot of time on my feet and I'll have clocked up a fair few miles walking walking round the store, pancake flat but you believe in walking so I reckon I'll help somewhere?
ITB's have been quite sore, I've ordered a new foam roller so I'll get back on that, and Ricky's set me up with a plan...so i'll start the training again next week.
Al, I think any time on feet's good. Get stuck in with new roller and good luck with new training plan :)
So how is it going Al, have you started the training again?
Hurry up home time. 10pm finish. Home for about 1am then 6 DAYS OFF WORK WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!
Sounds heavenly DT. Wish I was going to the Lakes. I hope the weather is good to you :) & hope the journey home passes as quickly as possible How long does it take??
We are managing to squeeze in 1 night's camping at the weekend. Fella has got a noo sooper dooper job, (as a train driver - OMG I am going to marry a train driver!!) but only has Sat/Sun off.
The rest of the time I shall be hopefully tidying up the garden, building a BBQ and pottering around  Friday out for some live music and beer with chums. :D Not bad at all.
Married to Casey Jones (steaming and a rolling), and time for live music and beer with chums? Waaaay cool or what?
Saigon-Bangkok-Frankfurt-Manc-home to edge of the Dales is about same as a successful Bob Graham. ie a bit less than 24hrs :)
I'd quite like to refer to him as my "finance" but think he might decide not to marry me then :o fiance he is though - less than 100 sleeps til I am a married woman
Sounds like a right old trek back Tup. Lots of sitting down and not much sleep I expect? You will need that week in the Lakes to stretch your legs. Whereabouts you staying? :)
Congratulations OH on your upcoming wedding!
Lots of sitting around and not much kip is correct. Me and Stef are staying at a farm near Langdale whee they breed Herdwick sheep  Bob Graham recces and long days out on the fells will will be taken ;)
The club chairman was on TV tonight, right next to Alan Sugar bollocking some kids ;)
Ive just had my first driving lesson. ;)
They say you never forget your first love, and your driving instructor.
My driving instructor was called Mr Tea. Unfortunately, the car wasn't some sort of souped-up black van, and he wasn't an A-team member. Although in hindsight, that wouldn't have helped me pass my test.
Time to wesh the car.
Been in Saigon all week but home again now. What happened go the weather? :(
Arrrgh! Still at work! So bored!
