Sounds a toughie, I thought it would of been a bit further than the Snowdon distance. Very tempted by this only issue is its at the busiest time for me workwise straight after the summer holidays!

I'll have retired a couple o'years by then and will have got my plaque :) so'll not be too stressed about it.

Mind, he has to run sub-1:30 * if he's gonna be running as me. How's his training going? Hill reps 6 x 3mins + 2 mins jog down recovery (+ Bofra's of course) works for me.
