Pennine put in place a blog a bit over a year ago (http://penninefellrunners.co.uk/wordpress/) It has been a massive success with some greate articles there including Daz's very poinent final blog about Scafell Pike that was reprinted in the Fell Runner Mag. I coppied over and expanded some of my articles from there onto my own.
Im a follower! Nice blog.
Put the link to your blog as your signature, I get alot of my views from there. (The blog tells you the audience source in the "stats" section.)
Ive just hit 1,500 views. Not fantastic in comparison to Ians superb "Just us and a few friends".
Few pics from today's run out over some of the Far Eastern Fells, here.
first snowy run for my mudclaws this season: http://runningdelights.blogspot.co.u...mes-thorn.html

Coniston Fells
As a great believer in style over substance I have been spending a great deal of time just fannying about (technical blogging term) with the layout of my blog. I think it's nearly looking the part if nothing else :) -> Stolly's Running Blog
It's looking good Stolly. I also spent some time recently tinkering with layout/photos/colours - I'm fairly happy but fear another tinkering session will occur at some point!

Ooo very pretty you lot ;)

Snow on Winter Hill last Saturday
Nice pictures again, Ian. I was wondering though, do you think the stark B&W images lose some of the subtle shades and hues of the snowy scenes? It would be good to see the colour originals to compare.
In Ultraploddernick so far this year there's Lamb's Longer Leg, The Hebden and Kinder Trial, among other bits and pieces.
More drivel from moi: http://mrsparkleversuslife.blogspot....ing-again.html
Thanks Nick. Most of these were taken on a heavily overcast day - even the ones where the clouds can be seen breaking up were devoid of sunshine so there were no hues or gentle shades to be seen. Just about the only colour to be seen was Tom's blue bum-bag.
Another time, perhaps, if I get some sunshine with the snow.
No snow but some colour from Sabden on Saturday
Ah, colour. My cones enjoyed that. ;-) Saturday was gorgeous out on Rombald's Stride as well.
Video of the Lad's Leap fell race last weekend on my blog: http://noels-training.blogspot.co.uk...ace-video.html
It is a very good race (apart from this bit) - you'll see what I mean. :)
A couple of mornings out over the weekend.
Winter Hill on Saturday, above a widespread inversion.
Some Wainwright's above Hartsop on Sunday.
