Did you find any fellshoes that fit??
Motty has a manbag! He was spotted at Pillars of Hercules, Soho. carrying a posh leather one.
No Pony action for 2 days. Thought it was about time resuscitate the thread.
Any of you been out for a canter?
There we were hoping this thread had gone to the glue factory.....

[QUOTE=Nee Bother;136184I'm not a Pony:D[/QUOTE]
Nee worry aboot it, Bother;) Any ballbags welcome on this thread:cool:
Just checking in as 3rd Pony at Kinder Trog :D
Great Running by Fleeter and Merrylegs - didn't see you before start, and no chance thereafter!
Keep meaning to ask - are there any other Ponies doing Snowdon?
oh, and what about 3 Shires? is that still a goer for a bit of a meet-up?
(cos I will probably have to schedule a recce for that if I'm going to consider doing the race)
I am hoping to make The Three Shires as recommended by DJ, but it all depends on this stupid foot getting better. Every time I walk somewhere...only as far as round the supermarket at the mo...it swells up! I'm sick as a chip! Depression is rapidly setting in! :(
Good on yer Daz for getting a ponies bronze at the Kinder Trog ;)
No chance of me rushing anywhere at the mo DT! Just totally fed up with it! Can't believe this has happened practically as soon I start to get the confidence to do some events! And over the summer too...it's a real b*****!
How's your knees now? Better I hope! And have your toes grown back yet after the Yoredale! :D
Knees not right at all but went to see physio last week and they think might get me moving again! Asked if I did any stretching - I said no, I'm a fellrunner; we drink beer instead! Toes still tingling three weeks after Y'dale but did a nice 3hour walk over local hills y'day
If anyone fancies a day out on 30th August to raise money for the Intensive Care Society Foundation have a look on the Pony website for details. Its a hill walking challenge (we'll be running tho) to the top of Snowdon with a choice of 3 routes to suit all. Its a team event (4 to a team) and places are limited so get in touch quick if you fancy it. You will be expected to try and raise as much sponsorship as you can but there is a BBQ etc afterwards so it should be a great day out and its a good cause:)
Off up to NW Scotland tomorrow, not sure if me internet thingy works up there so in case it doesn't. best of luck to The Master and Mrs C on your Bob Graham attempts.
Please, will someone make sure that The Master wears his anti-beard glasses and Mrs C wears a hard hat
Top marks to THE MASTER and DEEJAY for the website.....it's looking top notch these days.....i hear that even Paul Smithson has been admiring it
They are here
The Pink vests are here:cool::cool:
Lord help us all
Crumblydown, I've been thinking... if you're going to use "I didn't know about the race" as an excuse for not doing it, doesn't it weaken your case slightly if you're there watching it? :D
Amex, glad to hear the pink vests have arrived. Please could you stick the one for the Tussockmaiden in the post if I PM you the details? Let me know how much I owe you and the dosh will be on its way.
Cheers.
Can't wait to see em;
