Glad to hear everything is going well Bleaklow. I am looking forward to five/six hour solid sleeps!!!! It all seems a distant dream away at the moment. (But wouldn't swap it for anything)
Don't worry Andi she will soon settle down. Our Harry is 10 months old now and he has been sleeping through the night for quite a few months.
Our system was totally out the window at first. Harry was having more bottles through the night than the day, he would wake up looking like Michelin man in the morning and us two would be knackered through being up in the night with him. We laugh over the little things we first did and will no doubt do again when the next one arrives in July.
You will soon get into a sleep pattern with the little one and you will then fit the running in around her once things settle and you manage to get some sleep!!. Nice photos of you and Donna with Kadi.
Sympathise with you Andi. We moved into separate rooms during the week and got the health visitor worried. Not sure how we ever had two more (neither of whom was any problem!).
Just been to the gym with offending "baby" tonight and he's beating me at fell races!
Sorry wrong thread, thought it was todays training not baby clinic!
scary run yesterday getting lost in farmers fields
boring runm today on the road
Only a short 20 minute 5km blast on the Treadmill today
14 miles on road. long midweek run with the club on fast, flat mostly canal running but a fun burn up. really pushed out on the fast bits, 3 5 min bursts in first half and then a long 5 mile tempo section in last half, hard but good run.
Tired now
Jason
6 miles, up maes gwm down Foel Goch ridge to llanberis, getting used to my new inefficient 1 armed running style.
6 miles/1000' trail run this afternoon. Either hill work on Pendle or a bike session tommoz - depends on the weather mostly.
7 x 1200 on the Treadmill, 2% Incline, how boring but better than getting blown over !!
Tonights run was 5 mile around Sherdley Park in extremely windy conditions and very heavy ground underfoot. Hard work running into the wind tonight reducing the pace down considerably.
5.3 miles, 1200ft in the carneddau, over Moelwynion in the snow.

10 miler this evening, an undulating club road run with a time of 68 minutes. Great stuff but bleeeding windy. My wonky knee held up well.
A very windy 'run' over the Barbon hills. That wind's vicious tonight.
18.3 miles yesterday, the 2 peaks, Penyghent and Ingleborough, set off about 1100 with friends.
Ermmmmm extremely character building.
Hail, high winds and massive chill factor.
..
The Golden Lion Settle, reall fires and real ale and that's what it's all about!
Did you run them from Ingleton? I'm probably going to do that in the next few weeks (but not in the wind if I can help it), up Inglebrough across to Whernside and then follow the wall back to Thornton Force and then Ingleton.
Right on brother :)Quote:

Started at Horton, Penyghent anti-clockwise, across to the road just before Ribblehead, then left across the NE flank of Park Fell, along the road then 3 Peaks route up NW side of Ingleborough, then back down to Horton.
 2 miles along the bloody A44
I hate prison!
A bit of hill work today, I'm sure most of you know which Lancashire hill this is.
9 Mile at Lunchtime, this wind is starting to p**s me off !
Day off work but still only managed 35 mins/4.25 miles multiterrain from home - windy enough even at my altitude of c400ft:(
Hill reps for me today, sledge down hill, run back up. For added resistance pull kids back up on sledge. Sorry wife, i'm not dragging you up as well:eek: Pot of tea now with teabag left in and a bacon butty with brown sauce, by eck that's gorgeous;)
Tried a bit of cani cross in the snow from Timble crossroads up Round Hill and on to Beamsley Beacon and back . First one up from my side and met Trimm Trab coming first down. Nice to meet you Trimm. 10 miles 995 feet of ascent. Snow wasn't deep but I thought i might be in for a mini epic as I got to the Beacon and saw this mordor like dark cloud coming my way full of snow. It turned out to be just regular snow though. I met three walkers who all thought it was flippin great weather!
Almost stoved in my ribs when Scamp started to get tired and caused me to fall flat on my face on the stony path! Think I'm ok.:)
After this morning's snow, went out about 3.30, snow all but gone and surprisingly mild. 5.3 miles down the canal and main roads, 39 minutes.
Managed 75 mins (c7 miles+) in and around Judy Woods & Norwood Green (including sections of CWR and Coley Canter route) Good mix of mud and snow underfoot-shame its melting fast:(
Well good 7.8 mile run in the snow!!! Up Cowpe and over to Top of Leach through Cragg Quarry. Plenty of ruined houses to shelter for the mid way mars bar. FROZEN WATERFALLS.
Surprisingly the wind farm people were still working!!
Six miles up through Attamire Scar to Jubilee Cave then around the top of Langcliffe back to home; about 6 miles and 900 ft upwards (and downwards). No snow  and a piercing wind. Took about 68 minutes.
3.5 miles on flat tracks round the village. How to make it more challenging? Hardly wear anything. A biting wind-freezing. Ribs hurt a bit too. Better than nothing!
9 mile on the roads this morning in very windy conditions again.
12 miler today, lose hill, mam tor, lords seat down to the road,up the road and back over mam tor to lose hill and down.3171 feet in total.1 hour 56 mins.Very windy conditions!!!
8.5 mile run around Winter hill this morning, very windy up there today:)
10 x 3 min hill reps with 1 mile warm up & warm down
After a quiet weekend due to lots of driving and the snow and wind on the north pennines I eased back in with a nice 4 this morning...and it was light by 7:30 ha ha ha!!:D
A generally lethargic 4.25 miles all road apart from grass verge on steepest ascent - surprisingly faster than last time I did same route.:)
