A cracking 10 mile loop up Plover & Pen-Y-Gent with our local Dales forumite. Good kick start to my fell training - just put my name down for leg 1 of the Calderdale relay in 7 weeks time :(
Oh Ady! You could have come with me and debs - up Hambledon and moleside way - Very wet - freezing and dog pulled me over on my backside once too! Ten miles i think but at least li didn't get dark on us!
Still trying to decide if i can do relay.....got sled dog rally same day but it always gets cancelled cos of snow......;) decisions decisions
ady - usually i would love to and weds are good for me but have open eve at sixth form so am in school till 9pm! Grr! Have a good one - it was very muddy yesterday and there were lots of cows!
12 hilly road miles around Bradfield/Ewden but there was a flat mile in the middle.
10 miles and a bit around Eastnor Deer park and British camp on Malverns if you've been to the "Big Chill" festival you will know where I mean! NB: Lovely morning. :D
Still on the 30 minute runs (enjoyed this teatime) but I see the physio Monday so may be able to up it if she thinks I'm progressing OK:)
