8 miles on the rubber conveyor belt....but my new music helped me through it!
4 miles across the very waterlogged field near me with the head-torch after uni.
God you dont half scare youself silly running in the dark........but i got super super muddy and didnt half stink of cow/sheep shite.:D
Plus...i SMASHED my previous PB for the route.:D
I can now do one legged dips on a BOSU :) kiss my stability :cool:

Headtorch run over Pendle with the club. 6.2mi/1,982ft.
Visibility poor due to lots of mist. Nasty cut and bruise on me leg after losing my footing and hitting a rock on the way down to FTOP CP9. Like a brave boy I soldiered on.:rolleyes:
Hacking cough on the way round hit me at the car park after. Feel better now though. Reckon that run's done me good.:)
