Walshes were good. Grip is amazing and I ran down much better than up ;) Might wear them tomorrow for leg 4 of Calderdale Relay
Hmm maybe not at the mo, not running as fast as I did due to loss of confidence after the fall, and my SX2's grip is really bad now. I think I've done around 60 miles this week though, steadily building it back up :)Quote:

Lovely run out today - 13 miles, 5600feet (according to sport tracks, think it may have added a few hundred more than I did). Only meant to go out for an hour or so, but it was so crisp and pleasant out that I ended up racing the light back into sheffield from crosspool.

Had a slow 9.8mi over Pendle. Slow for two reasons: 1) faffing about at the start trying to find a route Clem use at night; and 2) came a cropper on the far side (in relation to me car).
