12 miles this morning with 15 others from our club going from Sefton Park through Halewood and along the cheshire loop line to the Rocket. Then headed back to Garston Sports Centre via Childwall and Sefton Park. Nice run this morning.

Osmotherley up onto Hambleton Hills but turned back as the snow was knee deep on the tops!
It was a beautiful sunny day and gorgeous views...even spotted a little deer.....only regret is not taking a camera!

last night was a blast, road 4 after work along snowy country lanes, never knew when the road ahead was gritted or icy, if snoy was soft or conpacted. Ah he joys of running in the dark. Great fun though, very refreshed afterwards

Just had my best fell run since I started fell running.
Felt absolutely fantastic, made mince meat of everything in front of me, rapid of the flat, rapid on the climbs, the lot :)

we have had settled snow now for nearly three weeks :mad: and a perma-frost..minus 8 last night
should have invested in some Kahtoola's
still the longer distance lower level undulating trail stuff is giving me good early prep' for my up and coming event :D
Work in Leeds is closed, which is a good job as i wouldnt try to leave Holm sweet Holm.
Anyway meant i had a daylight run, 4 miles of snowy trail, 4-6 inches and still falling!!!!! Dog is goig to begin to expect this. How giddy am I?
