Probably the normal question about running in similar events (as per ToP, 3P and Edale I guess).
Of course if they don't let you enter events such as this how can you show the required suitable experience?

The FRA website says that entries will be accepted from suitably experienced athletes. Any idea what this means in practise ? Do I need to go out and do a long race in May, as I haven't done one for a few years ?
