Ran 3 miles to my mates, ran 3 miles with him, then ran home-3.55 miles.
Jesus i cant believe how sore my legs are, obviously not used to the impact of the road.
A Snowy 10 miles up cut gate & down to Cranberry Clough, up to Wilfrey edge, along Howden Edge & back down Cut Gate to the top Langsett car park. Snow chains on my shoes allowed me to climb the snow slope up wilfrey edge.
5 and a half recovery miles. The view of the fields submerged by the Severn in flood is always a sight to behold when crossing Carrington bridge.

6 miles from home mostly off-road - finally got the roclites muddy:D
Bowderdale (Howgills) up West Fell along to The Calf, Hare Shaw and up Yarlside, Kensgriff, Randygill Top (yipee!), Hooksey, Bowderdle Beck and Bowderdale. About 11 miles, 2 hours 41 mins. Not a soul spotted all day - bliss:D First longish run since the SNOW arrived.
7.5 mile Box Hill Fell race and a 90 min walk around Box Hill with my Dad after. Good day out, got two prizes for 3rd individual and 1st team. Ale and chocs gratefully received. Get in there you Striders.
