Im going for a road run tonight.
A friend of mine requires my servics to 'get him fit'......i havent run on the roads in over a year so i suppose it cant hurt to try something new - unless it hurts my knees of course.![]()

Just got out after a few days of sickness and did 12x200 hill reps which went down very nicely, with 6 mile of biking to get to it. Out for 5 more easy miles later on when I've dried out.
