we could have multiple teams
and they let relay runners "run through", so that Leg1 runners could continue through Leg2 and/or Leg3, and Leg2 runners could continue through Leg3, so that gives people loads of choice
only prob is that it's a week after Duddon, which I'm definitely doing, and both are in school hols, so might take a bit of negotiation/logistical shenanigans...

What's this fell pony stuff all about? If you want a 4 legged animal to get up and down hills it's a goat you want!

Good Question, sorry I do not know the answer!!!! We have a goat(female) running for us though , but I am not going to bring the beard thread back out!!!!!!
I ran a Xc today for AAA club in the NYSD league , had a very good afternoon out on a very hilly proper XC course and claimed a long awaited scalp............. now celebrating with a real ale while missus is engrossed in X-Factor what ever that is.........:D
