Man v Horse is my fave event everMan v Horse is good, but requires only three runners as a relay. Mind you, we could have multiple teams... I am planning to do it on a horse next year...

and they let relay runners "run through", so that Leg1 runners could continue through Leg2 and/or Leg3, and Leg2 runners could continue through Leg3, so that gives people loads of choice
only prob is that it's a week after Duddon, which I'm definitely doing, and both are in school hols, so might take a bit of negotiation/logistical shenanigans...

I ran a Xc today for AAA club in the NYSD league , had a very good afternoon out on a very hilly proper XC course and claimed a long awaited scalp............. now celebrating with a real ale while missus is engrossed in X-Factor what ever that is.........
