Hard hill session earlier today sprints and waggon trains. about 6/7 miles and loads of hill.
finished session with a grin and after my shower felt so energised. not felt so good since Tanky's:D

Hard hill session earlier today sprints and waggon trains. about 6/7 miles and loads of hill.

a number of runners in a straight line running at a good steady pace up a long steep hill they guy at the back SPRINTS to the front and takes the lead. As soon as he gets there the new last runner Sprints to front..etc...etc until you hit the top of the hill.
we then run down at a slow pace waiting for the g*t in charge to shout 1/2/3 where we then turn round and race flat out that many lamp posts back up the hill. We end up doing more climbing on the descents:eek:
this is repeated 3 times
7 mile fell run.
