    Hard hill session earlier today sprints and waggon trains. about 6/7 miles and loads of hill.

    finished session with a grin and after my shower felt so energised. not felt so good since Tanky's

    What a beast. Im quite jealous actually.

    No wonder you dark peak lot are so good.

    I was when he explained it to me too. Tried it on me own, but wasn't half as much fun...and I was constantly sprinting!
