great race, lot of organisation and support on the hill. worth the money even if more than 5 quid. A trip to fort bill as well]
Well I have my entry in, yes a bit expensive but it is the FA cup of fell running, well I have heard it described as such, and what ever way you look at it running up and down UKs biggest mountain has a kind of draw.

I think what is happening here is that the organisers may be testing "market forces" to see what level of entry fee reduces demand to the 600 entries available? A 35% increase on last years entry is pretty steep by anybodys standards - particularly bearing in mind that last years price was also a steep increase (almost as steep as the Red Burn). That said my entry is in the post - but I might only do one more after this years.
