And it's a barbed wire fence line so take care.
Todays training consisted of cycling down to the local playing fields with my 10 year old son & then playing football-rugby(anything goes). He kicked my dodgy ankle on numerous occasions to test it out for me prior to the Blubberhouses Moor 25 tomorrow. Thanks son. ;)
Beamsley Beacon from home and back plus three extra climbs to make c7.5ml / 2300ft
Cold wind on top. Blubberhouses runners tomorrow should consider gloves and perhaps a Buff ;)
Strong 16 miles from home, into the PD and back. Some decent ascent. :) Rollocking from Mrs SimGreen78 as I had made us late for our walk :o
Calves REALLY burning afterwards.
Cheers DT, got my new Ilkley Harriers buff out ready !!;)
What's this? Club strip at a LDWA event? We'll be wearing race numbers next.
Oh yes ! I wore my Harriers vest with pride at the Trollers Trot !! Nowt wrong with that..........is there ?:o
