Todays training consisted of cycling down to the local playing fields with my 10 year old son & then playing football-rugby(anything goes). He kicked my dodgy ankle on numerous occasions to test it out for me prior to the Blubberhouses Moor 25 tomorrow. Thanks son.

Beamsley Beacon from home and back plus three extra climbs to make c7.5ml / 2300ft

Cold wind on top. Blubberhouses runners tomorrow should consider gloves and perhaps a Buff

Strong 16 miles from home, into the PD and back. Some decent ascent. Rollocking from Mrs SimGreen78 as I had made us late for our walk
    Calves REALLY burning afterwards.

What's this? Club strip at a LDWA event? We'll be wearing race numbers next.
