If I can get away with it (on the domestic front - getting losts of comments about being addicted) I will be out for another long one tonight:sneaky:
Re: Overweight to Race-weight
Off into hospital to have me gallbladder removed tomorow so to be honest not weighed myself over the last couple of weeks and not likely to. Lost my mojo recently with feeling so poorly and so hoping to regain that mojo once I've recovered enough to start exercising again in a 4-6 weeks.
Excuses excuses I know but just keep me at the current weight for now. I've probably put on weight but don't fancy feeling anymore depressed than I do by weighing myself. Sorry.:o
Re: Overweight to Race-weight
I really dread to think what I weigh after today's blow out! Croissants for breakfast and cheese on toast followed by lots of chocolate cake for my birthday. I did go for an 11 mile run in the snow but I suspect that will make no difference so perhaps I'll weigh myself after the club circuits and speed session tomorrow evening ;)

Having bits removed is a somewhat extreme means of losing weight!!!
Seriously though, hope you're feeling well again soon.

Ditto that, good luck with the op and recovery.
Re: Overweight to Race-weight
How much does a gallbladder weigh ;)
Joking aside, I hope all goes smoothly and you recover well and quickly :)

Re: Overweight to Race-weight
161.6lb for me, appear to be back on track but I don't know how after a weekend of ale and good food.
PS Hope it goes well Flopsy and you get better and back to running soon.
Re: Overweight to Race-weight
No weight change:thunbdown: but slight improvement in fat% and water%:)
Re: Overweight to Race-weight
On Monday I must have had a bit of post weekend bloat (at a party on Saturday night so a real blow out!) but this morning 70 Kg - my target
Have to keep it stable now
