17 miles on the roads in 2 hours 12. 50 % flat 50 % small hills
Felt good at the end. Doing the likes of Pendle, Hope Moors and tors definitely seems to have boosted the stamina
11.7 miles over the fields. Longest run for a year or so.
Any one fancy a run from Langsett/Strines/CuthroatBridge tonight. I'm free and and would like a steady run out to get some air.
8.2 miles over Baildon, Bingley & Burley Moors. Came a right cropper by the gate just shy of The 12 Apostles right in front of 8 walkers. Great comment from one of them: "I don't think he has the right trainers on" ! I had my Talons on love, but thank's for the tip !
To be fair it was a pretty spectacular fall & as such, a justifiable comment !
6 miles 750' slow run in the snow on the local hills. 1st run after recent bug and felt ok till I got back home and immediately fell asleep in chair.
Must have had less energy than I thought :D
Greenfield - Plantation - Wimberry ascent / descent - & return...plenty of snow out there, tough going upto Wimberry - nice to get out tho' :)
