Wasn't too bad up top Phil. Me and Fleeter headed upto pots n pans, across to alderman, down to the dam wall and through the quarries back to mine for a brew. Alderman descent was slippy but other than that it's alright

3m snotty jog with dog, nice to get out but feel like an aborigines armpit!
I went for a wobble round the lake today :o Need to shift this Christmas podge!
10 miles with four 500 ft climbs of my local hill Werneth Low
Felt surprisingly ok after 4 days of excess.
I think FRA rules state that 2000 ft of climbing at this time of year means it is compulsory for a fell runner to retire to the pub until New Year
Christmas 8m off road with the club round the boundaries of Horsforth, around 1200ft of climb. Nice steady run with pie, peas and cake afterwards :p
Al'reet mate, good to see you and Fleeter are getting out there, nice one. Today a plantation, Wimberry (ascent/descent), Charnel Clough ascent, Foxstone, descent to bridge and back through Plantation home for a nice cold beer...Odd going underfoot up top today, slush, snow, pure ice, mud, frosted peat - interesting going - good fun descending from Foxstone - slip, slidin' away
Knock on mine one day mate and il come put for a run. Just sticking to the two ressers, quarry and plantations today
Full Moon Addict's Winter Rigby account has inspired me to consider some training before the pub.
Crackin' Boss, gave us an early dart today, got in another daylight run....Greenfield, Binn Green, Ashway, direct ascent to Dovestones Edge, Foxstone, back via Intake Lane - good outing :D
